Zenki Dojo currently offers youth MMA class with a focus on Kenpo, as well as adult group classes in Muay Thai, Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, yoga, and cross training. Zenki Dojo is an official Royce Gracie network school and Rodrigo Gracie Jiu-jitsu team.

CoderDojo Community Platform. All Chosei Zen students are expected to practice zazen (seated meditation), and most also practice a martial art and a fine art. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is everywhere you look so it’s hard to imagine a time when martial arts wasn’t part of American culture. But it wasn’t until the 1970s when the power of martial arts took root in the U.S. Martial arts films from Hong Kong and Hollywood and starring Bruce Lee pushed it into the mainstream. In the early 1990s a string of victories by Brazilian jiu jitsu champion, Royce Gracie popularized Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the United States and began the through line to what we now know as MMA.

Zenki Dojo is an established and exclusive Members Only dojo. We are committed to providing the highest quality experience to our current members. Therefore, we do not allow “drop-ins” or gym rentals. We do offer a limited amount of trial classes, which are available upon approval from our management. A brief screening with Sensei is required for admission to our Pee-Wee and Juniors Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu programs.
