Sky Go has arrived on Amazon Fire tablets – just in time for Christmas.
The streaming service allows Sky customers to watch TV from up to 70 entertainment channels live and on demand at no extra cost. Available on a range of mobile devices, as well as on consoles (for an extra fee), the app has become an essential part of Sky’s appeal, making it possible for people to watch their favourite pay-TV shows without having to fight over the remote in the living room – something that will become particularly useful during the festive season.
Fire OS platform customizable, with six cameras that are very interesting and many unique and fancy features. Amazon Fire Phone possesses a relatively strong configuration:-Ram: 2GB - Internal memory: 32 / 64GB - Chip: Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad - core 2.2GHz. Screen: 4.7 inch (720 x 1280 - Battery: 2400 mAh - OS: Amazon's customized Fire OS. You can see more details about the Amazon Fire. Sky go works ok too. I had to use my k400 keyboard to navigate it tho. Really need some help finding a permanent fix for my Amazon Fire TV, which keeps.
Sky Go is now supposed on multiple generations of Fire tablets, including the new tablet released by Amazon for the holidays, which is available for less than £50. Will this compatibility with Amazon’s Fire OS (based on Android) mean that Sky Go could eventually arrive on Fire TV devices? It’s possible, given that Amazon has now started to open up its cross-platform doors, releasing an Amazon Video app for Roku devices for the first time this autumn. An Amazon Video app for Apple TV is also rumoured to be in the works.
