Renowned Zen teacher, translator and author Shohaku Okumura makes his first ever visit to the UK with two London events in March 2020.

Indy Zen Center

Okumura Roshi will teach on Dogen Zenji’s Shobogenzo fascicles ‘Zenki’ (Total Function) on the Saturday and ‘Shoji’ (Life and Death) on the Sunday.

Each event will feature Zazen (Zen-style meditation), a teaching by Okumura Roshi and Q&A. If you are serious about your Soto Zen practice this is not an event to be missed!
